The Goodnight Transfer Scholars Program at NC State University revealed finalists who will participate in the Program’s Annual Transfer Finalist Interview Day. From the Finalist Interview Day, 60 students will be invited to join the Goodnight Transfer Scholars Program’s Class of 2028, the largest transfer cohort in program history.

The finalists were selected from a pool of candidates from across North Carolina and represent 23 community colleges, 30 counties, and six NC State academic colleges. Finalist applications were reviewed by a volunteer committee consisting of current and former NC State faculty, staff, and alumni, as well as industry representatives from the SAS Institute. Each finalist demonstrated exceptional accomplishments including outstanding academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, community engagement, and an affinity for STEM and education.
