A Trinidad and Tobago Tradition

A week of heartfelt service, cultural discovery, and some seriously enthusiastic primary school kids defined the Goodnight Scholars Program’s third trip to Trinidad and Tobago.

Over spring break, a group of Goodnight Scholars and staff members stuffed their luggage and made the journey to Trinidad & Tobago for our annual Alternative Service Break trip. In partnership with Peacework International, Asa Wright Nature Centre, Brasso Seco, and Malabar Government and Arima Girls Government primary schools, Goodnight Scholars tackled an assortment of tasks to promote sustainability and environmental conservation to Trinidad & Tobago youth.
